Adventist Forum Meetings are being revived at City Church! The L.A. Adventist Forum will take place every fourth Sabbath, beginning this August 23 at 3:30 p.m. in the Chapel. Our guest speaker will be Pastor Ryan Bell, Senior Pastor of the Hollywood Seventh-day Adventist Church--his topic is "Missional Church: Beyond Evangelism to Authentic, Credible Witness." All are welcome. The next Forum meeting will be September 27. |

Laguna Beach’s annual Sawdust Art Festival season is approaching, and the Church Social Committee plans to organize a group tour. This not-for-profit event (www.sawdustartfestival.org), named “the Best Festival” in 2007, aims both to entertain and educate, and annually draws more than 200,000 visitors.
