Menu of Service Opportunities

In order to make everyone’s membership experience as meaningful as possible our “chefs” have whipped up a delightful Menu of Service Opportunities for your perusal.

Our servings are generous and all the items on our menu are heart-healthy and calorie-free!

What makes each item in our menu unique are the special “spices” we add.  And we don’t even keep those ingredients a secret—our special spices are you! Our members’ time, talents, opinions, creativity, and caring are the treasured ingredients that make GCC’s menu truly outstanding.

If you have questions about how each item is prepared, contact Dave Ferguson, your Planning Committee maître d’, who will be happy to assist, or you can speak directly to with one of our chefs. And please let the maître d' know if you’re inspired to create a “dish” or two of your own for our menu. We’re always open to serving new items on our menu.

Order as much as you’d like, as often as you’d like. I guarantee you’ll be satisfied with your selections.

Bon Appétit!

No reservations required—we’re always open for service.
